وَعَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ. عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ أَفْلَحَ بْنَ أَبِي الْقُعَيْسِ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَتْ: حَتَّى أَسْأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: لِيَلِجْ عَلَيْكِ، فَإِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ. وَقَالَ: " يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ النَّسَبِ

Translation

✧ Aflah b. Abi al-Qu'ays asked permission to enter upon her, so she said: "Let me ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." She asked him, and he said: "Let him enter upon you, for he is your paternal uncle." And he said: "What is forbidden by breastfeeding is what is forbidden by lineage."
