حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ: وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، [ عَنِ ] ابْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ تَطَهَّرَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَأَحْسَنَ الطُّهُورَ، ثُمَّ رَاحَ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ، فَلَمْ يَلْغُ وَلَمْ يَجْهَلْ كَانَ كَفَّارَةً لَهُ مَا بَيْنَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِلَى الَّتِي تَلِيهَا

✧ Whoever purifies himself on Friday and perfects his purification, then goes to the Friday prayer and does not engage in idle talk or foolishness, it will be an expiation for him from that Friday until the next.
