حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ: نَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقُرَشِيُّ: نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ إِيَاسٍ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْعَنَزِيِّ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنِ اشْتَرَى رَقَبَةً لِيُعْتِقَهَا، فَلَا يَشْتَرِطْ لِأَهْلِهَا الْعِتْقَ، فَإِنَّهُ عَقْدُهُ مِنَ الرِّقِّ
