حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ قَالَ: نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، سَبَلَانُ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ خَرَجَ حَاجًّا فَمَاتَ كُتِبَ لَهُ أَجْرُ الْحَاجِّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ خَرَجَ مُعْتَمِرًا فَمَاتَ كُتِبَ لَهُ أَجْرُ الْمُعْتَمِرِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ خَرَجَ غَازِيًا فَمَاتَ كُتِبَ لَهُ أَجْرُ الْغَازِي إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ

✧ Whoever goes out as a pilgrim and dies, the reward of a pilgrim will be written for him until the Day of Resurrection. Whoever goes out for Umrah and dies, the reward of one performing Umrah will be written for him until the Day of Resurrection. Whoever goes out as a warrior and dies, the reward of a warrior will be written for him until the Day of Resurrection.
