حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ التُّرْكِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِأَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ: هَلْ كَانَ شَابَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ: مَا أُرَاهُ كَانَ فِي رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ شَعَرَةً بَيْضَاءَ، إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَمَسُّهَا بِصُفْرَةٍ

✧ I said to Anas b. Malik: "Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ have grey hair?" He said: "I do not think there were fifteen white hairs in his head and beard. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to touch them with yellow dye."
