حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضِرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ نَا زَائِدَةُ، قَالَ نَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ. عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهَا اشْتَرَتْ بَرِيرَةَ مِنْ إِنْسَانٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ وَاشْتَرَطُوا الْوَلَاءَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ وَلِيَ النِّعْمَةَ، قَالَ: وَخَيَّرَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، وَكَانَ زَوْجُهَا عَبْدًا، وَأَهْدَتْ لِعَائِشَةَ لَحْمًا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَوْ صَنَعْتُمْ لَنَا مِنْ هَذَا اللَّحْمِ ؟ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ فَقَالَ: هُوَ عَلَيْهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَهُوَ لَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ

✧ She bought Barira from a man of the Ansar, and they stipulated the right of inheritance. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'The right of inheritance belongs to the one who has granted the favor.' He said: 'And the Messenger of God ﷺ gave her the choice, and her husband was a slave. She gave Aisha some meat as a gift, and the Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'If only you had prepared for us from this meat?' Aisha said: 'It was given as charity to Barira.' He said: 'It is charity for her, and it is a gift for us.'
