حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ: نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، عَنِ الْوَازِعِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

دَخَلْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَى حَائِطِ قَوْمٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، فَنَاوَلْتُهُ بُسْرَةً خَضْرَاءَ فَأَكَلَهَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: يَا ابْنَ عُمَرَ، هَذَا أَوَّلُ طَعَامٍ أَكَلْتُهُ مُنْذُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ

✧ I entered with the Prophet ﷺ a garden of some people of the Anṣār, and I handed him an unripe green date, so he ate it, then said: 'O Ibn ʿUmar, this is the first food I have eaten in three days.'
