حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ قَالَ: نَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا الدَّوْرَقِيُّ قَالَ: نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَالْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَا: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

بُنِيَ الْإِسْلَامُ عَلَى ثَلَاثَةٍ: أَهْلُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، لَا تُكَفِّرُوهُمْ بِذَنْبٍ، وَلَا تَشْهَدُوا عَلَيْهِمْ بِشِرْكٍ، وَمَعْرِفَةُ الْمَقَادِيرِ خَيْرِهَا وَشَرِّهَا مِنَ اللهِ، وَالْجِهَادُ مَاضٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، مُذْ بَعَثَ اللهُ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ إِلَى آخِرِ عِصَابَةٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، لَا يَنْقُضُ ذَلِكَ جَوْرُ جَائِرٍ، وَلَا عَدْلُ عَادِلٍ

✧ Islam is built upon three: the people of “There is no god but Allah”—do not declare them disbelievers for a sin, and do not testify against them of polytheism; knowledge of the decrees, its good and its evil, from Allah; and jihad continuing until the Day of Resurrection, from when Allah sent Muhammad ﷺ to the last band of Muslims. The tyranny of a tyrant does not nullify that, nor the justice of a just one.
