حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ جُمُعَةَ اللَّاذِقِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمَدِينِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ مُبْتَلًى فَلْيَقُلِ: الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِي فَضَّلَنِي عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ تَفْضِيلًا، فَإِذَا قَالَ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ شَكَرَ تِلْكَ النِّعْمَةِ
