✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon me while I was complaining, so I said: 'Oh, my head!' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'What is it upon you if that were (to happen), that I should take care of you and attend to you myself?' I said: 'It is as if I can see you, if that were to happen, you would already be consummating marriage with one of your wives.' She said: 'I had not reached evening on that day before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Rather, I say: Oh, my head! So call for me your father and the men, for people will wish (for leadership), but Allah and the believers will refuse anyone except Abu Bakr."
