حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الرَّقِّيُّ قَالَ: نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، وَسَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَتَوَضَّأُ فَيَغْسِلُ يَدَيْهِ، إِلَّا خَرَجَتْ خَطَايَاهُ مِنْ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَغْسِلُ وَجْهَهُ إِلَّا خَرَجَتْ خَطَايَاهُ مِنْ وَجْهِهِ، ثُمَّ يَغْسِلُ ذِرَاعَيْهِ إِلَّا خَرَجَتْ خَطَايَاهُ مِنْ ذِرَاعَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يَمْسَحُ رَأْسَهُ إِلَّا خَرَجَتْ خَطَايَاهُ مِنْ رَأْسِهِ، ثُمَّ يَغْسِلُ رِجْلَيْهِ إِلَّا خَرَجَتْ خَطَايَاهُ مِنْ رِجْلَيْهِ

✧ There is no servant who performs ablution and washes his hands except that his sins depart from his hands; then he washes his face except that his sins depart from his face; then he washes his forearms except that his sins depart from his forearms; then he wipes his head except that his sins depart from his head; then he washes his feet except that his sins depart from his feet.
