حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْأَشْعَثِ قَالَ: نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ: نَا أَبِي قَالَ: نَا الْجَرَّاحُ بْنُ مَلِيحٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ ذِي حِمَايَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ
أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ أَرْبَعِ رَكَعَاتٍ قَبْلَ صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ، لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُنَّ فَصْلٌ بِتَسْلِيمٍ، حِينَ تَمِيلُ الشَّمْسُ ؟ فَقَالَ: إِنَّهَا سَاعَةٌ تُفْتَحُ فِيهَا أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ، وَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يَصْعَدَ لِي فِيهَا عَمَلٌ صَالِحٌ

✧ The Prophet of Allah ﷺ was asked about four rakʿahs before the Zuhr prayer, with no separation between them by the salam, when the sun declines. He said: "It is an hour in which the gates of heaven are opened, and I love that a righteous deed ascend for me in it."
