حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُزَيْزٍ قَالَ: نَا غَسَّانُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ قَالَ: نَا مُوسَى بْنُ مُطَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:
شَكَوْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ السَّهْوَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ: إِذَا صَلَّيْتِ فَرَأَيْتِ أَنَّكِ قَدْ أَتْمَمْتِ صَلَاتَكِ، وَأَنْتِ فِي شَكٍّ، فَتَشَهَّدِي، وَانْصَرِفِي، ثُمَّ اسْجُدِي سَجْدَتَيْنِ، وَأَنْتِ قَاعِدَةٌ، ثُمَّ تَشَهَّدِي بَيْنَهُمَا، وَانْصَرِفِي
Translation

✧ I complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about forgetfulness in prayer. He said: 'When you pray and think that you have completed your prayer while you are in doubt, then recite the tashahhud and finish, then prostrate twice while sitting, then recite the tashahhud between them, and then finish.'
