حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خُلَيْدٍ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبِيدَةَ، عَنْ حَيَّانَ أَبِي النَّضْرِ قَالَ: لَقِيتُ وَاثِلَةَ بْنَ الْأَسْقَعِ، فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ:

أَنَا عِنْدَ ظَنِّ عَبْدِي بِي، إِنْ ظَنَّ خَيْرًا فَخَيْرًا، وَإِنْ ظَنَّ شَرًّا فَشَرًّا
