حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ قَالَ: نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَجَاءَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِشُهُودٍ عُدُولٍ فِي عِدَّةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، فَسَاهَمَ بَيْنَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، وَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ اقْضِ بَيْنَهُمَا

✧ Two men brought a dispute to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and each of them came with upright witnesses of equal number, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drew lots between them and said: ‘O Allah, decide between them.’
