✧ I will tell you about people's affairs and their characters: A man who is quick to anger and quick to relent — there is nothing against him nor for him; it is a standoff. A man who is slow to anger and quick to be pleased — that is for him and not against him. A man who is quick to anger and slow to be pleased — that is against him and not for him. A man who fulfills what is for him and fulfills what is against him — that is neither against him nor for him, a standoff. A man who fulfills what is against him and does not fulfill what is for him — that is for him and not against him. A man who fulfills what is for him and withholds from people what is for them — that is against him and not for him.
