✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said to me: “Are you not pleased, O ʿAlī, that when the prophets are gathered on one plain, naked, barefoot, on foot, their necks cut off by thirst, the first to be called will be Ibrāhīm, and he will be clothed with two white garments, then he will stand at the right of the Throne. Then a stream from Paradise will burst forth to my basin, and my basin is wider than the distance between Buṣrā and Ṣanʿāʾ. In it there are as many silver drinking cups as the stars of the sky. Then I will be called and will drink and perform ablution, then be clothed with two white garments, then stand at the right of the Throne. Then you will be called and you will drink and perform ablution and be clothed with two white garments, and will stand with me. And I will not be called to any good but you will be called to it.”
