حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ الْكِنْدِيُّ الْحِمْصِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسَاوِرٍ الشَّاعِرُ قَالَ: نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

عَجَبًا لِأَمْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ، إِنَّ أَمْرَهُ كُلَّهُ لَهُ خَيْرٌ، وَلَيْسَ ذَاكَ إِلَّا لِلْمُؤْمِنِ، إِنْ أَصَابَهُ خَيْرٌ فَشَكَرَ كَانَ لَهُ خَيْرٌ، وَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ شَرٌّ فَصَبَرَ كَانَ لَهُ خَيْرٌ ".

✧ How wonderful is the affair of the believer! Indeed, all of his affair is good, and that is only for the believer. If good befalls him and he is grateful, it is good for him; and if harm befalls him and he is patient, it is good for him.
