وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ حُمَيْدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَهُ
أَنَّ بَشِيرَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ، جَاءَ بِالنُّعْمَانِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي نَحَلْتُ ابْنِي هَذَا الْعَبْدَ. فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: وَكُلَّ وَلَدِكَ نَحَلْتَ ؟ " قَالَ: لَا قَالَ: " فَارْدُدْهُ

✧ Bashir b. Sa'd brought al-Nu'man to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: "I have given this son of mine a slave as a gift." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: "Have you given this gift to all your children?" He said: "No." He said: "Then take it back."
