حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْخَوَّاصُ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ أَبِي صَغِيرَةَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ الْيَمَانِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

كَأَنَّكُمْ بِرَاكِبٍ قَدْ أَتَاكُمْ فَنَزَلَ بِكُمْ، فَيَقُولُ: الْأَرْضُ أَرْضُنَا، وَالْمِصْرُ مِصْرُنَا، وَإِنَّمَا أَنْتُمْ عَبِيدُنَا وَأُجَرَاؤُنَا، فَحَالَ بَيْنَ الْأَرَامِلِ وَالْيَتَامَى، وَمَا أَفَاءَ اللهُ عَلَى آبَائِهِمْ

✧ It is as if I can see a rider who will come to you and settle among you, saying: "The land is our land, the city is our city, and you are only our slaves and hired laborers." He will stand between widows and orphans and what Allah has granted as booty to their fathers.
