machine translationAyyūb al-Sakhtiyānī narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. Ḥammād b. Zayd, ʿAbd al-Wārith, Sufyān b. ʿUyaynah, ʿAbd al-Wahhāb and Jarīr b. Ḥāzim narrated it from Ayyūb, from ʿIkrimah, from Abū Hurayrah. Muḥammad b. ʿĪsā b. al-Ṭabbāʿ narrated it from Ḥammād, from Ayyūb, from Ibn Sīrīn and ʿIkrimah, from Abū Hurayrah. There is also disagreement about Simāk b. Ḥarb: Zuhayr b. Muʿāwiyah, al-Thawrī and Shuʿbah narrated it from Simāk, from ʿIkrimah, as a mursal report (mursal). Muḥammad b. Muṣʿab narrated it from Qays b. al-Rabīʿ, from Simāk, from ʿIkrimah, from Abū Hurayrah. The sound report from Simāk is the mursal one. Jābir al-Juʿfī narrated it from ʿIkrimah, from Ibn ʿAbbās.
