al-Mu'jam al-Awsat 3778

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ went out to the market and saw food piled up. He put his hand into it and brought out food that was moist, which the rain had affected. He said to its owner, "What made you do this?" He said, "By the One who sent you with the truth, it is one food." He said, "Would you not separate the moist on its own and the dry on its own, so they buy what they recognize? Whoever cheats us is not one of us."
