حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَ: نَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
يُودَى الْمُكَاتَبُ بِقَدْرِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ، وَبِقَدْرِ مَا رَقَّ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْعَبْدِ
