حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْغَزِّيُّ قَالَ: نَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْهَيْصَمِ قَالَ: نَا زِيَادُ بْنُ سَيَّارٍ، عَنْ عَزَّةَ ابْنَةِ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قِرْصَافَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ:
نَضَّرَ اللهُ عَبْدًا سَمِعَ مَقَالَتِي فَوَعَاهَا وَحَفِظَهَا، فَرُبَّ حَامِلِ عِلْمٍ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ، ثَلَاثٌ لَا يُغِلُّ عَلَيْهِنَّ الْقَلْبُ: إِخْلَاصُ الْعَمَلِ لِلهِ، وَمُنَاصَحَةُ الْوُلَاةِ، وَلُزُومُ الْجَمَاعَةِ
Translation

✧ May Allah brighten (the face of) a servant who hears my word, comprehends it, and memorizes it. For many a bearer of knowledge conveys it to one more knowledgeable than himself. Three things about which the heart does not harbor treachery: sincerity of action for Allah, giving sincere counsel to those in authority, and holding fast to the community.
