✧ Abu Dharr said: O Messenger of God, the wealthy have taken the reward. They pray as we pray, and they fast as we fast, but they have surplus wealth, and we have nothing to give in charity. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: O Abu Dharr, shall I not teach you words by which you may catch up with those who preceded you, and no one after you will overtake you except one who does the like of your deed? He said: Yes, O Messenger of God. He said: Say 'God is most great' after every prayer thirty-three times, praise Him thirty-three times, glorify Him thirty-three times, and seal it with 'There is no god but God alone, with no partner; His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He has power over all things.'
