وَبِهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَتُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ خَمْسِمِائَةِ عَامٍ

Translation

✧ Whoever kills a person under a covenant without right will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, and its fragrance can be found from a distance of five hundred years.
