✧ Abu al-Jawza, shall I not tell you? Shall I not gift you? Shall I not give you?" I said: "Yes." He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Whoever prays four rak'ahs, reciting in each rak'ah the Mother of the Quran and a surah, then when he finishes the recitation he says: Subhan Allah, wal-hamdu lillah, wa la ilaha illa Allah, wa Allahu akbar—this is one—until he completes fifteen. Then he bows and says it ten times. Then he rises and says it ten times. Then he prostrates and says it ten times. Then he rises and says it ten times. Then he prostrates and says it ten times. Then he raises his head and says it ten times. That is seventy-five in each rak'ah, until he finishes four rak'ahs." He said: "Whoever prays them, every sin of his will be forgiven, small and great, old or new, past or yet to come."
