حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَلَّافُ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

لَوْلَا أَنَّ الْكِلَابَ أُمَّةٌ مِنَ الْأُمَمِ لَأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِ كُلِّ أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ، فَاقْتُلُوا الْمَعِينَةَ مِنَ الْكِلَابِ، فَإِنَّهَا الْمَلْعُونَةُ مِنَ الْجِنِّ

✧ Were it not that dogs are a community among the communities, I would have commanded the killing of every completely black dog. Kill the jet-black dogs among them, for they are the cursed ones from the jinn.
