✧ I asked Uqbah b. Amr about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He stood up to the mosque and said the takbir. Then he bowed and placed his hands on his knees with his fingers lower than that, and he kept his upper arms away from his sides. He bowed until every part of him was still. Then he stood up until every part of him was still. Then he prostrated, placing his hands on the ground, and kept his upper arms away from his sides. He prostrated until every part of him was still. Then he sat until every part of him was still. Then he prostrated again. He did this until he had prayed four rak'ahs. Then he said: "This is how I saw the Prophet ﷺ pray."
