✧ I prayed beside Ibn Umar. When he finished praying, he struck my thigh with his hand and said: 'Shall I teach you the greeting of the prayer as the Messenger of God ﷺ used to teach us?' Then he recited these words: 'All greetings, prayers, and pure words are for God. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of God and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of God. I bear witness that there is no god but God, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.'
