حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْكُلَيْبِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا زَائِدَةُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ رِفَاعَةَ الْقِتْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَمِقِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَا أَمَّنَ رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا عَلَى دَمِهِ فَقَتَلَهُ إِلَّا كَانَ الْقَاتِلُ بَرِيئًا مِنَ الْمَقْتُولِ
