حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِأَصْحَابِ الطَّعَامِ فَرَأَى طَعَامًا حَسَنًا، فَأَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فِيهِ، فَإِذَا تَحْتَهُ طَعَامٌ رَدِيءٌ، فَقَالَ: بِعْ ذَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ وَذَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ، مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ passed by the food sellers and saw good-looking food. He inserted his hand into it, and beneath it was bad food. He said: "Sell this separately and that separately. Whoever cheats us is not of us."
