حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْحَجَبِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَدْعُو عَلَى أَرْبَعَةِ نَفَرٍ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ": لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ فَهَدَاهُمُ اللهُ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to supplicate against four individuals, so Allah, Mighty and Majestic, revealed: "Not for you is the decision whether He turns to them or punishes them, for indeed they are wrongdoers." Then Allah guided them to Islam.
