حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَمَّالُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَسُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِذَا حَلَفَ الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ، فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى
