حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ: نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ. عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ: أَيُقَبِّلُ الصَّائِمُ ؟ فَقَالَ لَهُ: سَلْ هَذِهِ " لِأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ. فَقَالَ لَهُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَدْ غَفَرَ اللهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنِّي لَأَتْقَاكُمْ لِلهِ، وَأَعْلَمُكُمْ بِحُدُودِهِ

✧ He asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: May a fasting person kiss? He said to him: Ask this one, meaning Umm Salamah. She informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to do that. The man said: O Messenger of Allah, Allah has forgiven your past and future sins. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed, I am the most pious of you toward Allah and the most knowledgeable of you of His limits.
