وَعَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ. عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
الْحُمَّى مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ، فَاكْسِرُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ " وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ: " اللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبْ عَنَّا الرِّجْزَ
Translation

✧ Fever is from the heat of Hell, so cool it with water." Ibn Umar used to say: "O Allah, remove the affliction from us.
