وَعَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ. عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَثَلُ صَاحِبِ الْقُرْآنِ إِذَا عَاهَدَ عَلَيْهِ، وَقَامَ بِهِ فِي لَيْلِهِ، كَمَثَلِ الْإِبِلِ الْمَعْقُولَةِ إِذَا عَقَلَهَا صَاحِبُهَا أَمْسَكَهَا، وَإِذَا أَطْلَقَهَا انْفَلَتَتْ
Translation

✧ The example of the companion of the Qur'an, if he commits to it and rises with it during his night, is like tied camels: if their owner ties them, he holds them; but if he releases them, they run loose.
