حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا مُقَدَّمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: نَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ. عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا رَمَى امْرَأَتَهُ، وَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، فَتَلَاعَنَا كَمَا قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، ثُمَّ قَضَى بِالْوَلَدِ لِلْمَرْأَةِ، وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ

Translation

✧ A man accused his wife and disowned her child during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered them, and they performed mutual cursing as Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said. Then he ruled the child belonged to the woman and separated the two who had cursed each other.
