✧ O people, enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong before you call upon Allah and He does not answer you, and before you seek His forgiveness and He does not forgive you. Indeed, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong does not hasten death. And indeed, when the rabbis of the Jews and the monks of the Christians abandoned enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, Allah cursed them upon the tongue of their prophets, then affliction enveloped them all.
