حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: نَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْكُوفِيُّ عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ. عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:

شُغِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ صَلَّاهُنَّ بَعْدُ، الْأَوَّلَ فَالْأَوَّلَ، وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْزِلَ صَلَاةُ الْخَوْفِ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was occupied with something concerning the polytheists, so he did not pray Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, or Isha. When he finished, he prayed them afterwards, the first then the next, and that was before the prayer of fear was revealed.
