حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السَّمْتِيُّ قَالَ: نَا أَبِي قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ طَاوُسٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

أَلْحِقُوا الْمَالَ بِالْفَرَائِضِ، فَمَا تَرَكَتْ فَلِأَوْلَى ذَكَرٍ
