وَعَنْ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ. عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْحَارِثِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ، حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ، وَأَوْجَبَ لَهُ النَّارَ " قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا يَسِيرًا ؟ قَالَ: " وَإِنْ كَانَ سِوَاكًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ

✧ Whoever swears an oath to wrongfully deprive a Muslim of his property, God, Mighty and Majestic, has forbidden him Paradise and made the Fire obligatory for him.' It was said: 'O Messenger of God, even if it is something small?' He said: 'Even if it is a tooth-stick from an arak tree.'
