حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: نَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ:

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُفْطِرُ إِذَا كَانَ صَائِمًا عَلَى اللَّبَنِ، وَجِئْتُهُ بِقَدَحٍ مِنْ لَبَنٍ، فَوَضَعْتُهُ إِلَى جَانِبِهِ، فَغَطَّى عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ used to break his fast, when he was fasting, with milk. I brought him a bowl of milk and placed it beside him, and he covered it while he was praying.
