حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

إِذَا قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِآخَرَ: يَا كَافِرُ، فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْكُفْرُ عَلَى أَحَدِهِمَا
