✧ Mursal reports of al-Hasan al-Basri

"عَنِ الحَسَنِ قَالَ: نَزَلَ بَنُو قريظة عَلَى حُكْمِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ، فَقَتَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ منْهُمْ ثلاثمائة، وَقَالَ لِبَقيَّتِهِمْ: انْطَلِقُوا إلى أَرْضِ المَحْشَرِ فَإِنَّا في آثَارِكُمْ يَعْنِى أَرْضَ الشَّامِ فسَيَّرَهُمْ إِلَيْهَا".

Translation

  1. al-Ḥasan

✧ al-Ḥasan said: Banu Qurayẓah were judged by Sād b. Muʿādh, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ killed three hundred of them, and he said to the remaining: Go to the land of the maḥshar (final gathering), for we will join you there, meaning the land of Sham, and they were made to travel there.
