"عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ قَالَتْ: دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَبَيْنَ يَدَيَّ أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافِ نَوَاةٍ أُسَبِّحُ بِهِنَّ، فَقَالَ: قَدْ سَبَّحْتُ بَعْدَ أَنْ قُمْتُ عَلَى رَأْسِكِ بِأَكْثَر مِنْ هَذَا. قُلْتُ: فَعَلِّمْنِي يَا رسُولَ اللهِ! قَالَ: قُولِي: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ عَدَدَ مَا خَلَقَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ".

✧ "Narrated Safiyyah: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon me while I was preoccupied with reciting Tasbih (glorification of Allah) and there were four thousand date kernels in front of me, which I used to count my Tasbih with. He said: 'You have recited the Tasbih after raising your head more than this amount.' I said, 'Teach me, O Messenger of Allah!' He said: 'Say: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) the number of all that He has created.'"
