"إِذَا جَاوزَ الختانُ الختانَ وَجَبَ الغسلُ أنْزَلَ أوْ لَمْ يُنْزِلْ".
Translation
the Prophet said: "When the circumcised meets the circumcised then Ghusl is required." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 109)
