عن عوف بن مالك

"تَفْتَرِقُ أُمَّتِى عَلَى نَيْفٍ وسبعينَ فرقةً، أَضَرُّهَا عَلَى أُمَّتِى قَوْمٌ يَقِيسُونَ الأُمُورَ بِرَأْيهِمْ فَيُحِلُّونَ الْحَرَامَ، وَيُحَرِّمُونَ الْحَلَالَ".

Translation

✧ The passage translates to: "My nation will split into over seventy sects, the most harmful of which will be those who judge matters with their own opinions, permitting the forbidden and forbidding the permissible."
