عن أَبى أُمامة وأبو هريرة

"تَفَرَّقَتْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ علَى إِحْدَى وَسَبْعِينَ فِرْقَةً، وَتَفَرَّقَتْ النَّصَارَى عَلَى اثْنَتَيْن وَسَبْعِينَ فِرْقَةً، وَأُمَّتِى تَزِيدُ عَلَيْهِمْ فِرْقَةً، كُلَّهَا فِى النَّارِ إِلَّا السَّوَادَ الأَعْظَمَ".

Translation

✧ The Children of Israel split into seventy-one sects, and the Christians split into seventy-two sects, and my nation will exceed them by one sect; all of them will be in the fire except the great majority.
