أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ, ثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ, ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ, ثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ, ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ, عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو, عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ, عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ,
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: " إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَحْمِي عَبْدَهُ الدُّنْيَا كَمَا تَحْمُونَ مَرِيضَكُمُ الطَّعَامَ وَالشَّرَابَ "
